Terms of service
These terms govern your restaurant's use of Relio. Plain language where possible — if something here is unclear, ask us before you sign up rather than after.

1. The agreement
This is an agreement between Relio ("we", "us") and the business that signs up for an account ("you", "your restaurant"). It starts when you first use the service and continues until either side ends it under section 12.
The person who accepts these terms confirms they are authorised to do so on behalf of the business.
2. What we provide
Relio is a loyalty platform. We provide a hosted dashboard, a scanner for your staff, and digital loyalty cards issued to your customers through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The exact limits — branches, staff accounts, cards issued per month and messages sent per month — are those of the plan you subscribe to.
We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you at least thirty days beforehand.
3. Accounts and staff
Your account is created by us and administered by an owner user you nominate. The owner may create manager and staff accounts. You are responsible for everything done under those accounts, including by staff who have left. Deactivate accounts promptly when someone stops working for you.
Do not share sign-in credentials between people. Each person who scans should have their own account — the daily limits and fraud alerts depend on it.
4. Your responsibilities
- Honour the rewards you advertise on your card. We issue the card; you serve the food.
- Make clear to your customers, at the point they join, that they are joining your loyalty programme and what you will use their details for.
- Keep your contact and billing details current.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection and data protection law.
5. Customer data
The details your customers give when they join — name, mobile number, email — belong to you, not to us. We hold and process that data on your behalf so the service can work.
You can export your customer list at any time from your dashboard, and you can do so after you cancel. We do not sell customer data, and we do not use one restaurant's customer list to market to another.
Individual customers can also request a copy of their own data, or ask for it to be erased, directly from their card page. Where they do, we act on it and the record is anonymised in your dashboard. See the privacy policy for detail.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the messaging features to send anything unrelated to your loyalty programme, or to message people who have not joined it.
- Upload content you do not have the rights to, or content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.
- Attempt to access another restaurant's account or data.
- Probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission.
- Resell or white-label the service without a separate agreement.
We may suspend an account that is causing harm to customers, to other restaurants on the platform, or to the service itself. Where practical we will contact you first.
7. Fees and billing
Fees are those shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe, in Pakistani Rupees, and are billed monthly in advance unless you have chosen annual billing. Taxes, where they apply, are additional.
If an invoice is unpaid for more than fourteen days we may suspend the account. Suspension does not delete your data — it stops new cards being issued and new messages being sent.
We may change our prices with thirty days' notice. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
8. Availability and support
We aim for the service to be available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside typical restaurant service hours wherever possible, and announced in your dashboard.
Support is provided by email on every plan, with additional channels on higher plans as listed on the pricing page.
9. Third-party wallets
Loyalty cards are delivered through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Those are operated by Apple and Google respectively, under their own terms, and we do not control them. If either changes how passes work, we will adapt as quickly as we reasonably can, but we are not liable for a change made by a platform we do not run.
10. Intellectual property
We own the platform, its software and its branding. You own your restaurant's name, logo and content. You grant us permission to display your logo and colours on the loyalty cards and pages we generate for you, purely so the service can work.
If you would rather we did not name you as a customer in our own marketing, tell us and we will not.
11. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost custom, or the value of rewards you chose to honour. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the month you have paid for. We may end the agreement on thirty days' notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms.
Export your customer data before you cancel. We keep account data for ninety days after cancellation so an account can be restored if you change your mind, and delete it after that.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in your dashboard and by email at least thirty days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
