Relio
Loyalty for restaurants & cafés

Your regulars, saved in the one app they never delete: their wallet.

Relio turns your paper punch card into a loyalty card that sits in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Your customer taps a link once. Your staff scan it at the counter. Nobody downloads anything.

  • No app to install — the card lives in the wallet they already use
  • Works on the till you already have: any phone with a camera
  • Set up your first card in an afternoon, not a quarter

Monthly, in PKR. No setup fee, no long contract.

The problem

Punch cards work. Right up until they're in the wash.

The card gets lost, so the customer starts again — and stops caring. You have no idea who your regulars are, how often they come, or which ones you've quietly lost to the place across the road. And you cannot message any of them.

Cards get lost

A stamp card in a wallet survives about three weeks. A pass on a phone survives until the customer deletes it — and almost nobody deletes a card they've half-filled.

You learn nothing

Paper tells you nothing about visit frequency, your best customers, or which branch is actually performing. Relio records every scan against a customer record.

You can't reach anyone

A slow Tuesday and no way to tell 400 regulars about it. Relio pushes an offer straight onto the card in their wallet.

How it works

Four steps, and the first three are yours to do once.

Design your card

Your logo, your colours, how many stamps earn a reward, and what that reward is. It renders as a real Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass — not a web page pretending to be one.

Put the QR code on the table

You get a join link and a printable QR code. Table tents, receipts, the counter, your Instagram bio — anywhere a customer can point a camera.

Your staff sign in and scan

Staff accounts open a scanner on any phone. They scan the customer's card, a stamp lands, and the wallet pass updates on the customer's phone. No till integration, no new hardware.

Watch it work, and nudge it

Your dashboard shows visits, redemptions and who's gone quiet. Send an offer to everyone, or let an automation quietly win back the ones who haven't been in for a month.

Features

Everything a restaurant needs to run a loyalty programme, and nothing it doesn't.

Built around how a busy kitchen and a busy counter actually behave — including the parts nobody likes to talk about, like staff stamping their own cards.

Apple Wallet & Google Wallet

One card, both platforms. It updates on the customer's lock screen the moment you add a stamp — the same mechanism airlines use for boarding passes.

Scanner that survives bad wifi

Staff open the scanner on any phone. If the internet drops mid-rush, scans queue on the device and sync the moment it comes back — nothing is lost and nothing is double-counted.

Rewards with real limits

Set the stamps required, cap the total stock, cap how many go out per day, and give a reward a start and end date. Ramadan offers end when Ramadan ends, without you remembering.

Push offers to the card

Send a message to every card holder, or only the ones who haven't visited lately. It arrives on the wallet pass itself. Quiet hours are enforced, so you never wake a customer at 2am.

Automations that run themselves

"Nudge anyone who hasn't visited in 30 days." "Tell a customer the moment they've earned a reward." Set the rule once; it runs every few minutes without you.

Fraud detection built in

Cap how many stamps one member can earn in a day and how many any staff member can hand out. Anything unusual — including a staff member stamping their own card — raises an alert on your dashboard.

Staff and branches

Owner, manager and staff roles, each seeing only what they should. Add branches and see which one is actually pulling its weight — every scan is recorded against the branch that made it.

Customers you can actually see

Every member with their visit count, stamp balance, redemption history and which branch they favour. Search it, filter it, export it to a spreadsheet whenever you like.

Location reminders

Draw a circle around your branch. When a card holder is near it, their wallet can surface your card on the lock screen — a reminder at the exact moment it's useful.

At the counter

Two seconds, one phone, no new hardware.

Your staff member opens the scanner, points it at the customer's pass, and the stamp is on. That's the whole interaction — designed for a queue at 8pm, not a demo.

  • Runs in the phone browser — nothing to install on staff devices
  • Queues scans offline and syncs when signal returns
  • Refuses an accidental double-scan of the same card
  • Redeem a reward from the same screen

Trust

The controls you'd want if you weren't there.

Most loyalty leakage isn't customers gaming the system — it's a well-meaning shortcut behind the counter. Relio makes the limits explicit and tells you when something crosses them.

  • Maximum stamps per customer, per day — you choose the number
  • Maximum stamps any one staff member can hand out in a shift
  • A minimum gap between two scans of the same card
  • Alerts when a staff member stamps a card registered to their own number
Alert Self-scan detected high
Alert Daily cap hit · 3 cards medium
Limit Max 2 stamps per card per day on
Limit Max 60 scans per staff per day on
Your customers' side

Nothing to download, nothing to remember.

The customer scans a QR code, fills in a name and mobile number, and adds the card to their wallet. That's it. If they lose their phone, they get the card back with their number and email — the balance comes with it.

  • Works on iPhone and Android, no app store involved
  • Card recovery needs both their number and their email, so nobody else can claim it
  • They can see their own visit history at any time
  • They can download or erase their own data, without emailing you

Priced for a restaurant, not an enterprise.

Plans start at PKR 3,500 a month. One price, billed monthly, cancel whenever you like. Two months free if you pay for the year.

Questions

The things restaurant owners ask us first

Do my customers need to download an app?
No. The card goes straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on their phone. They scan a QR code, type their name and mobile number, and tap Add to Wallet. That is the whole thing.
What does my staff need at the counter?
A phone with a camera and a browser. They open the scanner page, point it at the customer's card, and the stamp lands. No tablet to buy, no card reader, no separate app to install.
What happens when the internet drops?
The scanner keeps working. Scans are held on the device and sync the moment the connection comes back, so a queue never stops because the Wi-Fi did.
Can staff cheat by stamping their own cards?
You set a daily limit per customer and per staff member, and anything unusual raises an alert on your dashboard with the staff name, the branch and the time. You decide whether it was real or not.
What if a customer loses their phone?
They visit your join page and ask to recover their card using the mobile number and email they signed up with. Their stamps come back on the new phone — nothing is lost.
Is this only for coffee shops?
It suits anything with repeat visits: cafés, dessert places, burger joints, salons, juice bars. If a paper punch card would work for you, this replaces it and tells you who is actually coming back.
Who owns the customer list?
You do. Export it to a spreadsheet whenever you want, including after you cancel. We never use one restaurant's customers to market another.
How long does it take to set up?
An afternoon. Upload your logo, pick your colours, decide how many stamps earn what, print the QR poster. Most restaurants issue their first card the same day.

See it running on your own menu.

Fifteen minutes, your logo on a real wallet pass, and an honest answer about whether this is worth it for your restaurant.
